I have a solution for you. While we do not carry a license plate that fits exactly with your 7 inch x 4 inch dimensions, we do carry the Neo Motorcycle License Plate Frame - Black # CR77050. The license plate frame has inner dimensions of 6-5/8 inches wide x 3-5/8 inches tall. While this plate frame will definitely cut off some of your plate, it hopefully will not cut off the lettering. If you need the hardware for fastening the cover, I recommend the Star Pin Locking Fasteners for License... view full answer...
You can tap into the running lights(brown wire) on the Peterson Light Kit # M540 with a Tap # SWC502905-1. That will allow you to run 16 Gauge Wire # 16-1-1 to a Optronics LED Trailer License Plate Light # OPT97FR. You will be able to ground the negative wire to the steel frame, as your light kit uses the frame for the ground circuits. view full answer...
Unfortunately there is no database with each part number for each year, make and model of trailer that would allow me to look up what you might have. So based off of the information you have provided me, I recommend the Optronics Low Profile LED RV Tail Light w/ License Bracket - 4 Function - 12 Diodes - Black Base - Driver Side item # RVSTLB61. This light is a 8-11/16" x 3-3/16" rectangle. This low-profile light serves 4 functions: brake, tail, turn, and license plate light.

While the RVST50 and 51 lights aren't available any longer, you could replace them with the Bargman # 30-92-003 (driver's side) and # 30-92-001 (passenger side), which are similar incandescent lights. The # 30-92-003 has a license plate bracket built in, as well.
I've linked some review videos on these lights for you to check out. view full answer...
The only other thing you might need to actually install light kit # TL29BK is a wiring kit such as # HM51020. But if you already have tools and connectors and the other items in the kit you will not need to add anything else. I have included a link to a video review of this light kit for you.
One tip I can add is that to avoid ground problems down the road, either mount the license plate bracket by itself (and not sandwiched between the light and trailer frame) or put a ring terminal in... view full answer...
You can add a license plate holder and light to your ramped utility trailer either with a single item such as # LPL55CB or # PM436B, or you can choose separate plate holders and lights to let you choose the designs you most prefer, such as plate holder part # CR30830 and light part # LPL12CKM2B.
It may be easiest to use one product; my choice would be # LPL55CB since its LED light uses much less power than a typical bulb light (only about one-tenth as much power).
You will make a 2-wire... view full answer...
To relocate your license plate if the Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195125 is blocking it, you can use the Optronics LED Trailer License Plate Light w/ Bracket - 5 Diodes - Clear Lens # LPL55CB. This bracket does come with a 5 diode light that you can wire in so that your new license plate bracket can illuminate the license plate.
I've linked a short review video of this for you to have a look at. view full answer...
I have a solution for you, but the Round Trailer License Plate Light with Mount Ears - Chrome Plated # LP71CB does not come in an LED light version. However, the LED Trailer License Plate Light Kit with Bracket - Submersible - 2 Diodes - Clear Lens # LPL12CKM2B is an LED license plate light that might work for your application.
I've also linked our entire selection of round LED license plate lights that you can have a look at too, in case there's something else that catches your eye. view full answer...
If you're just needing a license plate light then the Optronics LED Mini Light # OPT77FR is a great option. If you're needing a whole license plate bracket AND light then I recommend checking out the Command Electronics License Plate Holder and LED Light # 328-003-71BE instead. I also recommend picking up Heat Shrink Butt Connectors # DW05744-5 to protect your wiring connections.

It sounds like you are needing a license plate bracket and lights for your hitch-mounted cargo carrier. We have just the thing here.
For the license bracket, we have the etrailer License Plate and Tail Light Mounting Brackets for Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier, part # e98943-44. It not only allows you to mount a license plate but also the LED lights below. I've linked to a video review of these brackets for you to look at.

When it comes to using The etrailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier - 2 inch Hitch # e98ZR, I would use The Optronics LED Trailer License Plate Light w/ Bracket - 5 Diodes - Clear Lens # LPL56CB to help relocate your license plate so its not blocked out by the carrier, and attach it using zip ties.
The bracket has a 5 diode light that will help illuminate your license plate if it's plugged in.

The Roadmaster Tail Light Wiring Kit # RM-155 is an independent flat towing lighting system that includes bulbs, sockets and the wiring and connectors to install them in your F-150's taillight assemblies. This allows this flat towing wiring system to remain completely separate from the truck's own internal wiring.
If you want to wire in your license plate light so that it too illuminates then you WILL need to use diode # RM-690 to prevent the installed bulbs from illuminating when you're... view full answer...

I do have another possible solution, but it's going to take a little more effort. The Yakima PlateMate License Plate Holder for Bike Racks # Y02713 seems to be able to do the same job but in a different fashion.
Since this license plate holder can be attached to any surface in any angle using the Velcro straps, you should be able to position your license plate in the up or down... view full answer...
If you want to relocate your license plate while using the spare tire carrier the only option would be to make one. You could mount the Optronics LED Trailer License Plate Light w/ Bracket # LPL55CB on the carrier.
Then for power, you can use a trailer end connector like the # HM48110 to power the light on the license plate bracket. If you don't already have a 4-way you would also need the # 118467. The black wire on the light will connect to the brown wire which is the running lights,... view full answer...
There are no Thule made kits for the Thule EasyFold XT, however you can just use the License Plate and Tail Light Relocation Kit for Yakima EXO System # Y74VR.
This is just a simple license plate and taillight relocation kit that'll utilize your vehicle's existing 4-pole connector. If there is not enough slack on the included pigtail harness, you can use # HM47114 for a 48" extension.
Since this was made for the Yakima EXO system it's almost guaranteed that you're going to have to get... view full answer...
